Free Delivery
Paving UK offers Free National Delivery on all full pack and split pack products. Additional charges apply for Next Day delivery and Saturday deliveries – (T&C’s apply).
Standard delivery is made 5-7 business daysfrom the date/time of order (all delivery dates are estimated and subject to change).

Size of Delivery
Deliveries are via our trusted third-party courier service which uses a large 18-26 tonne, curtain sided heavy goods vehicle (HGV) (13m length, 4m height).
Pelleted goods are off-loaded via a tail-lift and manual pallet truck. Pelleted goods can weigh up to 1,000kg.
Delivery Arrangements
Once your goods have arrived at your local delivery depot, the courier will call to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
You may want to avoid booking in tradesman or hiring tools until you have received the goods – we are unable to offer any compensation for prior arrangements.
Delivery Access
Roads approaching your property must be free from: low bridges, weak bridges, low hanging trees and exceed a 3 METRES wide driveway access.
Ground surfaces must be suitable for HGVs and free from loose gravel, grass or soft terrain.
Deliveries are kerbside unless otherwise stated. Drivers are not insured to enter your property.
Delivery Point
Our palleted goods are not off-loaded via Hiab or Cranes.
Pallet trucks can only operate on flat hard ground – free from grass, gravel, and cobbles, including cobble driveways. For deliveries, the offloading must not be on a steep incline or decline.

Receipt of Goods
Paving UK requires all products are signed for upon delivery. You may request to have third-party sign on your behalf, please call us so we can arrange this for you.
Please ensure you inspect your delivered goods and are happy before signing for delivery to ensure refund eligibility if applicable.
