Delivery Information
Free Delivery
Free delivery on full and split packs to Zone 1 postcodes, which cover most of mainland UK. Other areas are charged per pack – see the table below. Restricted-access deliveries on the 7.5-tonne vehicle may cost extra.
For paving and stone orders, you choose your delivery day at checkout. Standard delivery is free on dates from 3 working days, Express is available from 2 working days (£45) and Saturday delivery is £80. Delivery dates are a target, not a guarantee. If the carrier needs to change your day, we’ll contact you to rearrange. Samples are sent separately by post – usually with you in 3–5 working days. If anything in your order isn’t in stock, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

A split pack counts as one pack.
We don’t currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (KW, HS, ZE, IV40–62, PA20, PA22 and above, PH42–44, KA27–30), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
Size of Delivery
Most deliveries use our standard 24-tonne vehicle (13m long, 4m high). You’ll need the smaller 7.5-tonne vehicle if the road to your property is narrower than 3 metres, has a low or weak bridge, low-hanging trees, a weight limit, or a tight bend a lorry couldn’t get round. The 7.5-tonne tail-lift can only lift 750kg per pallet, so your order may need splitting across extra pallets. You only pay £49.99 for each extra pallet. Both vehicles deliver kerbside only.
Palletised goods are off-loaded via a tail-lift and manual pallet truck. Palletised goods can weigh up to 1,000kg.
Delivery Arrangements
You may want to avoid booking in tradesman or hiring tools until you have received the goods – we are unable to offer any compensation for prior arrangements.
Delivery Access
Ground surfaces must be suitable for HGVs and free from loose gravel, grass or soft terrain.
Deliveries are kerbside unless otherwise stated. Drivers are not insured to enter your property.
Delivery Point
Our palleted goods are not off-loaded via Hiab or Cranes.
Pallet trucks can only operate on flat hard ground – free from grass, gravel, and cobbles, including cobble driveways. For deliveries, the offloading must not be on a steep incline or decline.

Receipt of Goods
Paving UK requires all products are signed for upon delivery. You may request to have third-party sign on your behalf, please call us so we can arrange this for you.
Please check your delivery before the driver leaves. If anything is visibly damaged, refuse the damaged items and call us straight away on 01782 355170 so we can arrange a replacement. If you find breakage after delivery, report it within 28 days using our Report Breakage form, with at least two photos.

Samples
Order one free sample and see it in your own garden before you buy. The sample is free; £3.50 covers postage. Samples are a small offcut of the product, so natural colour variation across a full order will be wider than any one sample can show. Usually with you in 3–5 working days.
