HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED
When you place an order (online or by phone), you are making an offer to buy goods under these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Order Acknowledgement and AcceptanceAfter you order, we will email you to acknowledge that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean we have accepted your order. The contract is formed when we accept your order, which happens when we dispatch the goods or email you to confirm acceptance, whichever is first.
2.3 We May Refuse OrdersWe may refuse an order before acceptance, in particular if:
- The goods are unavailable
- A pricing error has occurred
- We cannot deliver to your address
- Payment cannot be verified
If we refuse your order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
2.4 Cancellations and ReturnsFor information on cancelling your order or returning goods, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full at the time of order, before goods are dispatched.
3.2 Payment MethodsWe accept:
- Credit and debit cards (via website checkout or payment link)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (BACS)
- Trade account credit, for approved trade account holders (see section 6)
- All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change without notice
- The price charged is the price shown when you placed your order, unless a pricing error applies (see clause 5.3)
- Delivery charges and any delivery options you select are shown separately at checkout
We offer a price match on the terms set out in our FAQ. A price match must be agreed before your order is placed and applies only to that order.
DELIVERY
We deliver nationwide across mainland UK. Some postcodes may carry extra charges or restrictions, which are shown at checkout.
4.2 Delivery OptionsDepending on your postcode and order, you can choose from the options shown at checkout, which may include:
- Standard (free) delivery
- Express delivery
- Saturday delivery
The price and estimated date of each option are shown before you pay.
4.3 Delivery DatesAny delivery date you choose or we give you is a target, not a guarantee. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on that date and will tell you if it changes.
4.4 Kerbside DeliveryAll deliveries are kerbside. Goods are delivered on pallets by tail-lift vehicle and set down at the kerb or the nearest safe, accessible point to it. The driver cannot carry or move goods onto your property, into gardens, through houses or round the back. Pallets are not collected or returnable; disposing of them is your responsibility.
4.5 Access and Vehicle SizeOur standard delivery vehicles are large and need clear, safe road access. If the road to your property is narrower than 3 metres, has a low or weak bridge, low trees or cables, tight turns or a weight limit, you must select the 7.5-tonne vehicle option at checkout.
The 7.5-tonne tail-lift can lift up to 750kg per pallet, so your order may be split across extra pallets, charged at £49.99 for each extra pallet. If you did not select this option and our vehicle cannot safely deliver, the failed delivery charge in clause 4.7 applies.
If you need delivery on a 7.5-tonne vehicle, select this option at checkout. A charge of £49.99 applies.
If restricted access was not declared and the vehicle cannot safely deliver, the failed delivery charge in clause 4.7 applies.
4.6 Checking Your Delivery and Damaged GoodsPlease inspect your goods when they arrive, before signing.
- If goods are visibly damaged, you should refuse the damaged goods and tell the driver, then contact us as soon as possible.
- Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can claim from the carrier.
- If you find damage later, contact us within 28 days — this does not affect your statutory rights.
Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for what happens next.
4.7 Failed DeliveriesIf delivery cannot be completed because:
- No one is available to accept delivery, where this is needed
- The delivery details you gave are incorrect or incomplete
- The delivery location is unsafe or inaccessible and restricted access was not declared
- You refuse delivery for any reason other than damage
A re-delivery charge of £50 applies for each further delivery attempt.
4.8 Risk and ResponsibilityRisk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. After delivery you are responsible for storing the goods properly; we are not liable for damage caused by poor storage.
4.9 Delivery Address ChangesOnce your order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. This protects you and us against fraud. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, you must cancel your order (under our Returns and Refunds Policy) and place a new one with the correct address. Your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take care to make product descriptions and measurements accurate. However:
- All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly
- Product images are for illustration and actual products may vary
- Colours on screen may differ from the actual products
Natural stone and porcelain vary in colour, texture and appearance, including between batches. This is a characteristic of the product, not a fault. For full details, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
5.3 Pricing ErrorsWe may cancel orders where a price is clearly wrong because of a technical or human error. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.
5.4 Stock AvailabilityAll products are subject to availability. If items you ordered are unavailable, we will contact you to offer:
- A suitable alternative product
- A full refund
- A delay until stock arrives, if you agree
Our patio calculator and any quantities we suggest are a guide only. You are responsible for checking your measurements and the quantity you order, including allowing extra for cuts, breakages and waste.
5.6 Split PacksSplit (part) packs are not delivered in the manufacturer’s original packaging and are more vulnerable in transit than full packs. We pack them with care. This does not affect your rights if goods arrive damaged (see clause 4.6).
5.7 Special OrdersFor information on special orders, non-refundable items and bespoke products, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
TRADE ACCOUNTS AND CREDIT
Trade accounts are for businesses in the landscaping, building and related trades. We approve applications at our discretion and may close or suspend an account at any time.
6.2 Trade Pricing and CodesApproved trade account holders receive the trade pricing or discount shown in their account. Trade codes are personal to the account holder and must not be shared or published. We may cancel any code that is misused.
6.3 Earning CreditWhere your account earns credit, it is added at the rate shown in your account once the related order has been delivered and completed.
6.4 Using CreditCredit can only be used against future orders on our website by the account holder. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred.
6.5 Expiry and ReversalCredit expires 12 months after it is added. If an order that earned credit is cancelled, returned or refunded, the credit earned on it is removed.
6.6 Changes to the SchemeWe may change or end trade pricing or the credit scheme. We will give account holders reasonable notice, and credit already earned can be used until it expires.

7.2 Installed GoodsOwnership passes to you immediately if goods are installed, incorporated into other works or altered from their original state. You remain liable for the full purchase price.
7.3 Business CustomersUntil a business customer has paid in full, they hold the goods as bailee, must allow us reasonable access to recover unused goods in their original condition, and must hold the proceeds of any resale in trust for us, keep them separate and pay them to us immediately.

SAMPLES
Order one free sample to see it in your own garden before you buy. The sample is free; £3.50 covers postage. Samples are a small offcut of the product, so natural colour variation across a full order will be wider than any one sample can show. Usually with you in 3–5 working days.
