Most deliveries use our standard 24-tonne vehicle (13m long, 4m high). You'll need the smaller 7.5-tonne vehicle if the road to your property is narrower than 3 metres, has a low or weak bridge, low-hanging trees, a weight limit, or a tight bend a lorry couldn't get round. The 7.5-tonne tail-lift can only lift 750kg per pallet, so your order may need splitting across extra pallets. You only pay £49.99 for each extra pallet. Both vehicles deliver kerbside only.
